Welcome to 2069 Design (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree:
- Not to misuse, harm, or attempt unauthorized access
- Not to copy, scrape, or redistribute content without permission
- Not to engage in abusive, harmful, or illegal activities

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All assets on this website — including:
- mockups
- 3D assets
- graphicsimages
- text
- branding
- UI layouts
- website content

are owned by 2069 Design unless stated otherwise.

You may not:
- claim our assets as your own
- resell, redistribute, or share files
- copy the website, branding, or structure
- use our assets in illegal or harmful content

Refer to our License Terms for allowed usage of design assets.

3. Downloaded Products

When you download a product (free or paid), you receive a license to use it, not ownership of the asset.
- Free products still require respecting license rules.
- Paid products include additional usage rights as per the License Terms.
- You may not redistribute files under any circumstances.

All product deliveries and purchases may be hosted externally through Gumroad or similar platforms.

4. Payments & External Platforms

We may use trusted third-party services such as Gumroad, Stripe, or similar tools to process:
- payments
- product delivery
- download emails
- purchase receipts

These platforms handle your payment information directly.
We do not store or access your card details.

All purchases are subject to the terms of the third-party platform used.

5. Refunds

Since digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are considered final unless:
- the file is corrupted
- the wrong product was delivered

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by emailing support@2069.design

6. Availability & Updates

We reserve the right to:
- update or modify products
- remove assets from the site
- adjust pricing
- add or remove features
- change download limits or formats

We may also update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted here.

7. Website Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate information, but:
- content may include typos
- previews may differ slightly from final files
- links or third-party tools may change

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.

8. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use our products or website for:
- illegal activity
- hate, violence, harassment, discrimination
- harmful misinformation
- fraudulent behavior
- creating competing mockup libraries or marketplaces
- redistributing, reselling, or uploading our files elsewhere

Violation may result in license termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

2069 Design is not responsible for:
- loss of data
- lost profits
- indirect or incidental damages
- business disruption
- third-party service issues (Gumroad, email providers, analytics tools, etc.)

Your use of our files and website is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access if:
- you violate these terms
- abuse our products or licensing
- misuse support channels or systems

Termination ends your license rights immediately.
