Refund Policy — 2069 Design

At 2069 Design, we create high-quality digital mockups, 3D assets, and design resources. Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, refunds work differently from physical goods.

Please read the policy below to understand how refunds are handled.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Returnable

All purchases are final because:
- digital files cannot be “returned,”
- users gain immediate access after purchase,
- we cannot revoke downloaded files.

For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.

2. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Granted

We may offer a refund in the following cases:

File is corrupted or broken
- The ZIP or PSD file does not open
- The file is incomplete
- There is a technical error on our end

Duplicate purchase
- Accidental repeat purchase of the same product.

Wrong product delivered by mistake
‍If you receive a different file than what you purchased.

‍Download link not working
‍If the link fails due to a platform issue (Gumroad, email delivery, etc.)

If any of the above applies, email us at
support@2069.design

with:
- your order email,
- product name,
- screenshot or explanation of the issue.

We will resolve it quickly.

3. Refunds Not Granted For

We cannot offer refunds for the following:
- You changed your mind
- You no longer need the product
- You purchased the wrong product but downloaded it
- You do not have the required software (Photoshop, etc.)
- You misunderstood the product details
- You are unable to achieve a design result that is subjective
- You request a refund after downloading the file successfully

If a file has been downloaded, we consider it delivered and used.

4. Platform Handling (Gumroad)

Purchases and payments may be processed through Gumroad or other trusted third-party platforms.
Their internal systems:
- track downloads
- manage purchase history
- verify delivery issues

Your payment details are not stored by us.
Any refunds processed will follow the policies of the platform used.
