2069 Design Licensing Terms

These licensing terms apply to all digital products created, published, or distributed by 2069 Studio, including but not limited to mockups, 3D assets, design templates, UI kits, and visual resources (collectively referred to as “Assets”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using any 2069 Studio Asset, you agree to the following terms.

License Overview

All 2069 Studio products are protected by copyright.
You are purchasing a license to use the Assets — not ownership of the files themselves.
The intellectual property rights remain exclusively with 2069 Studio.

1. Personal License

Intended for:
- Personal or non-commercial use.

‍You can:
- Use the asset in personal design projects, student work, or self-promotional content.
- Display renders or results in portfolios or social media (non-commercial use only).

‍You cannot:
- Use in any client, brand, or paid work.
- Resell, redistribute, or share the source files.
- Include assets in products for resale (digital or physical).

2. Commercial License

Intended for:
- Freelancers, studios, and brands producing paid or client work.

‍You can:
- Use the asset in client projects, commercial visuals, social media campaigns, ads, or websites.
- Modify or combine assets for branding, product visualization, or marketing.
- Use across one brand or client project.

‍You cannot:
- Resell, sublicense, or share the source files.
- Include assets in end products for sale (mockup packs, design templates, NFTs, etc.).
- Use in multiple client or brand projects without an additional license.

3. Extended Commercial License

Intended for:
- Agencies, large brands, or creators producing products for resale or mass distribution.

‍You can:
- Do everything allowed under the Commercial License.
- Use assets in end products for sale (templates, mockups, apps, NFT projects, etc.).
- Use assets across multiple brands, clients, or internal campaigns.
- Use assets in paid advertising, global campaigns, or commercial video productions.
- Modify or integrate assets as part of a larger creative product.

‍You cannot:
- Resell, sublicense, or share the original files in their raw form.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original asset.

General Terms (Applicable to All Licenses)

- All assets remain the intellectual property of 2069 Studio.
- Redistribution, resale, or inclusion of assets in any competing platform or library is strictly prohibited.
- You may not use 2069 Studio assets in any context that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful to others.
- Refunds are not available for digital products unless files are defective or corrupted.
- Attribution is not required, but always appreciated when crediting 2069 Studio.
